Volunteer Roles

At OneInMath, we believe every kid should have a chance to succeed in math! Explore opportunities below and be part of the movement to help young kids become more confident in themselves and their abilities.

Volunteer Hours

You will be awarded volunteer hours for any time of service, in or out of the library. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to make a commitment to the program.

Age: 13 to 18

Tutor

You will supervise, tutor, and track the progress of 4-5 students, teaching them math concepts using OneInMath curriculum and techniques.

Age: 13 to 18

Floating Tutor

You will assist the Session Lead, tutor difficult students and fill-in for Tutors in teaching math concepts to students using OneInMath curriculum and techniques.

Age: 13 to 18

Session Lead

You will lead the chapter of OneInMath at one location. You will ensure teaching quality, all communication and operation at the assigned library.

Age: 13 TO adult

Media / Videographer

You will make us look good by capturing action and publishing videos, photos and blog posts, as well as create math instructional videos for students.

Age: 18+

Session Manager

You will coach, guide and help session leader and tutors to run one or more chapters of OneInMath, ensuring classes are run efficiently and responsibly.

Age: 18+

Chapter Coordinator

You will coordinate several local chapters to run OneInMath programs smoothly, including logistics and adherence to OneInMath rules and regulations.
