Report Student Absence

To get the most benefit of the OneInMath program, it is important that your child attends all classes. However, we understand there are times when a student is absent due to sickness or a family emergency.

Parents must report an absence for their child by filling out this form, one submission per absence.

Please report an absence as soon as you can so tutors can plan accordingly.

Please note: A student is allowed to miss a maximum of two classes. If a student is absent for more than two classes, they will automatically be removed from the program.
