To get the maximum benefit of the OneInMath program, it is important that your child attends all classes.
However, we understand there are times when a student would be absent due to sickness or a family emergency.
Parents must report an absence for their child by filling out this form, one submission per absence. Please note: A student is allowed to miss a maximum of two classes. If a student is absent for more than two classes, they will be automatically removed from the program.
Please report an absence as soon as you can so tutors can plan accordingly.
