Volunteer: Session Manager
You will be the adult responsible for coaching and guiding the Session Leader and Tutors for one or more chapters of OneInMath.
You will ensure that the Session Leader and Tutors are following the curriculum, following all the safety rules, are on time, and the class is run efficiently. You will ensure timely and professional communications with librarians, parents, and volunteers.

Responsibilities
Mentor/coach Session Leader and Tutors (high school students) to run classes efficiently.
Ensure high quality of math instruction and a positive environment for learning.
Diligent and prompt follow-ups including replying to emails.
Ensure all program logistics are executed properly and in a timely manner including session setup, volunteer and student enrollment, training, assessments, and instructions.
Attend all classes.
Setup for next session.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Sciences.
Love Math and kids.
Proficiency in mentoring/coaching teens.
Good organizational skills.
Age: 18+
Ideal for volunteer’s parents, people who are retired, homemakers and empty nesters.


Commitment
2-3 hours once a week including class time (required to report 30 minutes before class and stay for 30 minutes after class).
15-30 minutes a day for follow ups.
Minimum commitment for one session (10-12 weeks).
