About OneInMath

OneInMath (oneinmath.com) is a fully volunteer driven, free, individualized, supervised program offered at public libraries, and is designed to (1) help young children (K-3) master math skills and build a strong foundation in their early years, and (2) help high school students to experientially develop as better leaders and be better prepared as they enter college.

Offered in 20+ public libraries across 6 states in the US, each chapter is managed by high school volunteers, consisting of a session leader and a dedicated group of tutors. Over 1600 volunteers have contributed 29,000+ hours over time teaching kids, and 99% of the parents recommend this program. There are two sessions (fall and spring) comprising of 10-12 weekly classes in each session. The program is based on learning using techniques like pattern recognition, memory recall, rigorous written and oral practice, etc. The program is structured to enable a pressure-free environment, and to build confidence and love for math.
