OneInMath Volunteer Agreement
RELATIVE TO AN UNCONDITIONAL DONATION OF SERVICES AND ACCEPTANCE THEREOF BY AND BETWEEN ____________________________ (DONOR) AND ONEINMATH.COM, SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA (DONEE).
As used below, “OneInMath” shall mean OneInMath.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns.
I, the undersigned, hereby donate my services, without limitations or restriction, to OneInMath. No conditions are attached to the service which I am prepared to donate, and I understand explicitly that for such services OneInMath shall not, and is under no obligation to, provide me with pay, compensation, emoluments, or any other thing of value, and to this extent, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, and assigns forever discharge and release OneInMath from the same and all claims or demands for the same.
I will be responsible for maintaining proper safeguards for OneInMath property and will not interfere with activities undertaken by OneInMath. I agree to abide by all applicable administrative regulations, directions, and instructions which are issued by OneInMath, particularly those concerning donation of services and the qualifications therefore. Equipment and facilities furnished to me by OneInMath shall be devoted to the pursuit of work having value to the work to OneInMath. I agree that the results of my service will be turned over to OneInMath, that OneInMath will have unlimited rights in all work that is derived and that all inventions made by me during the course of the donated service. “Unlimited rights” as used herein means the right to use, duplicate, and disclose in whole or in part, in any manner whatsoever, and have others do so. I understand that services, which I donate, may be rejected or discontinued at any time by OneInMath.
